Tax Lien Certificates.
We do not generally engage
our joint ventures to purchase Tax Liens, not because they are not good
investments, on the contrary they can be very profitable. Our
Tax Deed program
has always been modeled for investors to invest in
the actual purchase of real property which typically yields much higher
interest returns, than those realized by investing in an interest bearing
Tax Lien notes. Tax Lien
Certificates are better suited for the smaller independent investor.
